If you are not entirely satisfied with your Bold purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
To return your Bold product, you should mail to boldyourbeauty@gmail.com.
You have fifteen (15) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. We’ll even pay shipping to get it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, UNOPENED, in the same condition that you received it and in the original package. To complete your return, please provide an order number, account or email address.
Ship the NEW, UNOPENED product in a bubble mailer, with your account information to:

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items (Please contact us)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, our customers pay return shipping.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)Please double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boldyourbeauty@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
